Perhaps it's the the solar flares taking place on the sun, combined with tight inventory and historically low interests rates available from banks that reluctantly provide financing, but parties to residential transactions are getting more difficult and uncooperative than I have experienced in many years. Folks seem to be taking the expression "It's all about me" to new levels, resulting in exhausted faces around the closing table.
